Napo Receives Citation from DMB Call Centre

The DMB Call Centre, a formidable group within the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has honoured former Energy Minister Dr. Matthew Opoku Prempeh (Napo) with a citation in recognition of his pivotal support during the party’s recent presidential primary campaign.

The group credited Napo’s unwavering logistical and moral backing for enabling their effective operation, which contributed to Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia’s victory. Members stated it would be remiss not to publicly acknowledge him, describing Napo as a selfless individual and a strong pillar of the NPP family.

During the presentation on Monday, lead member Hajara Mohammed conveyed the group’s appreciation, reading from the citation: “We wish to express our profound gratitude to you for your generous and unwavering support toward the DMB Call Center.”

It further noted, “Your timely intervention and commitment to initiatives that enhance effective communication have made a significant difference in the success and growth of this important platform,” highlighting how his support helped amplify Dr. Bawumia’s vision to delegates and the electorate.

Visionary leadership
The citation also praised Napo’s role in strengthening the Call Centre’s operational capacity and reinforcing its mission of efficient, people-centered service, calling it a reflection of his “visionary leadership and dedication to development.”

Gratitude
Visibly moved, Dr. Prempeh thanked the group for acknowledging his behind-the-scenes efforts and urged the DMB Call Centre and all NPP members to sustain their dedication as the party looks ahead to the 2028 elections.
